Dy. CM Jishnu Debbarman inaugurated the centralised Smart Customer Care Call Centre Along with Fault Rectification Team at the TSECL corporate office Agartala.
This is a new page in the history of TSECL. The customer care centre will receive complaints in English, Hindi, Kokborok and Bengali from all over Tripura and ensure fault rectification efficiently. It will remain functional 24/7.
The line staff to be provided with vehicles along with equipment and safety gear.
