A letter from All Bengali Youths and Students Organization wrote a letter to Shri Amit Shah the Union Home Minister accusing IPFT party and H.H Pradyot Bikram Manikya DebBarma for 93 Bengali families being displaced during the Anti CAA protest on 10th December 2019 at Kanchanpur.
However, this is to note that during the peaceful protest the indigenous man by name Mantrilal Kaipeng from Kelreng lost his life beaten brutally by Bengali goons at Tuichindrai Bazaar on 10th December 2019 when they were on their way to CAA protest, the case is still pending and no one is arrested yet. Apart from this murder many indigenous people got injured severely attacked by the Bengalis in the protest.
On 14th February 2020 H.H Pradyot Debbarma gave a cheque amount of ₹1.5 Lakh in the hand of SDM of Kanchanpur for rehabilitation of Bengali displaced people who were affected during the Anti CAA protest.
It is so uncertain to how a person from outside of state by name Chandan Chatterjee came and spread the communal tension in Tripura and acted as saviour of Bengalis.
H.H Pradyot Debbarma and the indigenous people of Tripura have clearly said, we are not against any Bengalis but we only oppose the CAA which give citizenship to illegal Bangladeshis.
Communal violence and hatred should stop but until this kind of person like Chandan Chatterjee and his gang keeps on igniting the fire the violence will never stop, said the netizens.
